- KPIs follow-up with Responsible RPO client
- Owner of the Reporting model (proposals to monitor KPIs, SLAs, vacancies, etc.)
- Participation in meetings with HRDs and RPO Manager
- Ensure the relationship with business and stakeholders (HRBPs, SD, etc.)
- Proposals for improvement and new services on an ongoing basis
- Execution of sensitive / complex / high impact vacancies
- Employer Branding Improvement
