  • KPIs follow-up with Responsible RPO client
  • Owner of the Reporting model (proposals to monitor KPIs, SLAs, vacancies, etc.)
  • Participation in meetings with HRDs and RPO Manager
  • Ensure the relationship with business and stakeholders (HRBPs, SD, etc.)
  • Proposals for improvement and new services on an ongoing basis
  • Execution of sensitive / complex / high impact vacancies
